When you call Mundy & Associates, you get real people who answer the phone, know your name, and fight for you personally.
Before he ever stepped into a courtroom, Dennis Mundy wore a badge. As a former police officer, he saw firsthand what happens at the scene of an accident — the confusion, the injuries, the insurance companies already working to minimize the damage. That experience changed the trajectory of his career.
Dennis founded Mundy & Associates in Tomball in 1989 with a simple belief: every accident victim deserves an attorney who treats their case like it's their own family's. Nearly four decades later, that philosophy hasn't changed. He still answers his phone on weekends. He still meets clients at the hospital when they can't come to him. He still takes cases personally.
Dennis lives in the Tomball community he serves — not in a high-rise downtown. When clients say "he treated me like family," they mean it literally.
Matt grew up watching his father fight for the injured — and followed in his footsteps. As an attorney at Mundy & Associates, Matt combines strong litigation skills with the personal attention clients remember long after their case is resolved.
Matt is thorough, persistent, and always prepared. He digs into the medical records, stays on top of the insurance adjusters, and makes sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Matt doesn't just work your case — he's invested in the outcome alongside you.
His approach to personal injury law is determined but personal. He believes that insurance companies respond to two things: thorough preparation and an attorney who won't back down. His clients consistently say the results exceeded their expectations — not just in the outcome, but in how they were treated throughout the process.
When Matt isn't fighting for clients, he's part of the same Tomball community his father has served for decades. The Mundy name means something here, and Matt takes that responsibility seriously.
Erin is the heart of the client experience at Mundy & Associates. She's your first call when you have a question, the one tracking every detail of your treatment, and the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Clients describe Erin as "the person who made me feel like everything was going to be okay." She coordinates between doctors, insurance companies, and attorneys so you never have to worry about what's happening with your case. When you call the office, Erin is the voice you'll hear — and the person who knows exactly where your case stands at any given moment.
Erin manages the full lifecycle of every case: from initial intake and medical records collection through negotiation and settlement. She ensures that deadlines are met, documents are filed, and most importantly, that every client feels heard and supported throughout what is often one of the most stressful experiences of their life.
Our office was built in 1940 as the family home of William Holderrieth — the man who founded Tomball's first volunteer fire department, built this road by hand, and served as Mayor. We've practiced law here since 1996.
